The Best Fried Fish Recipe

This fried fish recipe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! There is a light batter coating the fish that is flaky and moist and will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh fish filets--bass, catfish, or walleye--cut into small chunks
  • Canola Oil
  • Andy's Yellow Fish Breading
  • Andy's Red Fish Breading

Instructions
 

  • Place oil in deep fryer, and then heat to 300 degrees.
  • While oil is heating, mix equal parts Andy's Red and Andy's Yellow Fish Breading in a bag. Shake the bag so the Andy's Fish Batter is mixed evenly.
  • Place fish chunks in dry batter mix, and toss to coat.
  • Place battered fish in hot oil and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until the fish floats.
  • When the fish floats, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towels.
