The Best Fried Fish Recipe
This fried fish recipe is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! There is a light batter coating the fish that is flaky and moist and will keep you coming back for more.
Fresh fish filets--bass, catfish, or walleye--cut into small chunks Canola Oil Andy's Yellow Fish Breading Andy's Red Fish Breading
Place oil in deep fryer, and then heat to 300 degrees.
While oil is heating, mix equal parts Andy's Red and Andy's Yellow Fish Breading in a bag. Shake the bag so the Andy's Fish Batter is mixed evenly.
Place fish chunks in dry batter mix, and toss to coat.
Place battered fish in hot oil and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until the fish floats.
When the fish floats, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
