My sweet friends, I know it has been forever since I last reached out on my blog, and I’ve really missed you all. If you read my Leg Cast Fashion Tips post, you know I broke my ankle about six weeks ago. I had all these grandeur plans to blog about Christmas—decorating, cooking, fashion, and so much more, but wearing a cast proved to be challenging.

I’ve been very dependent on others—including my fabulous husband, but I can only expect him to do so much. But…drum roll…my cast is off and I am now wearing a brace! It is so much easier to get around. The doctor says I still have to take it easy, but I am more than ready to start sharing ideas again.

Today, I am sharing with you the most ahhhhhhmazing all-purpose seasoning. I promise, once you try this, you won’t want to use anything else.

How I Discovered Lil Ole’s Seasoning

I found this delicious all-purpose seasoning when my husband and I were in Cass Lake, Minnesota for his job. One day we stopped at a local pub to eat, and we both ordered hamburgers with French fries. The fries had some kind of seasoning on them that made them the best French fries we had ever tasted. Of course, we had to find out what this seasoning was—so we asked.

Come to find out, a local man named Bruce was making the seasoning and he was selling it at the local grocery store. We had to hunt down this seasoning, and voilà, we found it! It is called Lil Ole’s Premium Blend Seasoning. It has salt, paprika, pepper, celery powder, rosemary, sage, and other spices. I don’t know what Bruce does, but his blend of this all-purpose seasoning has just the right amount of everything!

A year or so after we first discovered Lil Ole’s, and we were about to run out, I found an email on the bottle. I emailed Bruce and ordered more. To this day, I order it quite frequently.

How I Use Lil Ole’s Seasoning

We use this seasoning on just about everything: chicken, beef, fish, veggies, French fries, and so much more! My favorite way to use it is on baked chicken. I just put a little olive oil on my chicken, season all sides with Lil Ole’s Seasoning, and bake. Scrumptious!!!!!
