Clinique Makeup You Can Wear to the Gym

If you have been following my blog, you know I am a huge fan of Clinique makeup. I’m excited to share their new line of fitness makeup called CliniqueFit.

What is CliniqueFit?

Last year, Clinique came out with a line of makeup called CliniqueFit Workout Makeup. This new product line is specifically for the gym or any active lifestyle. Since many of us incorporate fitness into our New Year’s resolutions, I thought this was the perfect time to share CliniqueFit. We are four weeks into 2018—how many of you are still committed to your New Year’s Resolutions!?

Even though I try to work out regularly (at least before my broken ankle), I have committed this year to consistently working out every single week. I am happy to say the doctor finally gave me the okay to start working out again. Yay! I am so happy to be back at the gym and wearing my CliniqueFit makeup! If you didn’t read about my broken ankle, you can check out the story in my Cozy Cable Knit Sweater blog post.

Can makeup have negative effects on our skin?

Growing up I was always told I shouldn’t wear makeup if I’m going to sweat because it can clog my pores. However, I am too self-conscience to go without makeup. When I was younger and my skin looked better, I didn’t mind going in public sans makeup. As my skin has aged, I find it more difficult to leave the house without makeup—even to go to the gym.

That is why I am so grateful Clinique has created a line of products to fit with my active lifestyle. There are many times I work out and then need to run a quick errand. It never fails–this is the time I run into someone I know and I either have makeup smeared from sweating or my makeup has sweated off. However, with CliniqueFit I never have a problem because my makeup stays on.

The reasons I love CliniqueFit makeup.

I love this makeup for many reasons, but I think my favorite thing is how natural it makes my skin look. If I sweat during a workout, CliniqueFit stays on as long as a I dab instead of rub my sweat. I haven’t had any issues with it clogging my pores or breaking out my skin.

CliniqueFit feels like a silky layer of lightweight coverage that also has an SPF of 40. Woohoo! No greasy smelly sunscreen on my face anymore, because CliniqueFit does the job—especially when I want to get in a workout outdoors. It seriously feels like I don’t have anything on my face, yet my skin looks flawless.

I love this line of Clinique product so much that I often wear it on a daily basis. The way it makes my skin feel and look is amazing. I also love that it is allergy tested and oil-free.

The ClinqueFit products are only available through Clinique’s website or at Ulta. I’m super excited to share this makeup with you. Let me know if you get a chance to try it!
